Payment.
a) We accept cash/cheques, please send with your order.  
b) For urgent orders a Bank Transfer is the quickest way to pay, contact us for details.
c) We accept all major credit cards. Please call us with your details (Tel: 01256 850040) If there is no-one here, please leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back.
d) We are happy to accept Paypal at no extra charge to you. If you have a UK credit/debit card you can open a Paypal account today. Paypal is free for buyers.
e) All online payments are 100% secure and fully encrypted.

Returns.
a) If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer.
b) Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging.
c) We have obtained some fantastic prices for our products and we pass those savings on to you. Unfortunately this means that if you change your mind about a product after ordering we cannot offer you a refund.  So please choose carefully. We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase!
